subbed, amazing work, my RS has been under bodywork for 2 years now, i have to make sure i have 2 days off work in a row to travel to work on it, which leaves me maybe 10hrs total every 2 weeks, luckily i should be bringing it home with me this weekend so i can get on it daily after work, should have it ready for paint in no time
really enjoyed reading through this though, keeps me wanting mine finished!

Re: 1991 Z28 start to finish build thread
Well after a month of being sick i finally got back to working on the car this past weekend. I tried to take it easy. not pushing myself to much . But here is what i got done . fixed the drivers door window there was no motor. so i put in a new motor and got the door back together door panel and all. the car had no radio or speakers and someone removed the rear speaker wire so i had to run new wire. add the new speakers and add the headunit. wasn't looking for a over the top radio just something with tunes and a ipod hook up and usb. Pioneer DEH-24ub worked good for that and 71 bucks can't beat it. then i stripped teh tint off of the drivers window and the rear hatch. then i replaced both hood shocks so the hood now stays up on it's own. then tonight i decided to get back to wet sanding and polishing the drivers side of the car. Passenger side is done already. so here is teh results .

added body side moulding from custom auto trim. went on easy and looks like factory. also added phoenix graphics 88-90 stripe kit in blue . so far only have 2 pieces on and havent removed the top coat. very easy to install if you get there application gel. I had some old side rocker emblems that looked terrible so i worked on them alittle with the vinyl cutter and silver and black vinyl here is the results .

Re: 1991 Z28 start to finish build thread
I finally got the Body side mouldings installed on both the Iroc and the z28 and got the phoenix graphics on the z28 pulled them both out in the sun . I got my father to drive teh Iroc today around the sub. now if you knew my father this is something i never figured he would want to do the last time he drove one of my camaro's was my very first camaro when i was 17 and he hated it then. but i guess the 468 big block gave him a reason. there was a party going on in the sub and there was an old el camino he wanted to show off too. I tinkered with the z28 putting in the side marker lights and buttoning up alittle on the interior. But anyways here they are. I am glad i didn't scrape the z28 like some had said to do .
