Car: 94 Camaro
Engine: 380 sbc
Transmission: th400
Axle/Gears: 9" 4.11
For Sale: 355 Complete Carb to Pan *Now with video*

4 bolt main 355 small block chevy
flat top pistons ~9:1 compression
5.7" gm rods re-fitted with ARP rod bolts
GM crank
441 casting heads 1.94/1.50 valves
crane blue racer cam .442/.465 214*/224*@.050
matching crane springs
roller tipped rockers
edlebrock performer intake
edlebrock 600cfm carb
carter fuel pump
mellings m55 oil pump
full new gasket kit all around

Motor makes ~300hp at the crank. Pushes a 3100lb car into the low 13's. It will idle all day long at 1,000 and starts very easily. Would make an excellent street/strip motor and is very easy on parts, only needs to be spun to 5400 rpm, anything more and she'll slow down, makes gobs of low end torque which means fun for the street. Anytime from now on, if anyone wants to hear it run or drive the car let me know. The only reason I'm selling is because I'm moving up to 400+ cubes for next year. Motor has a little over 1500 miles on it, and burns absolutely no oil.

Right now I'm pretty firm at $800. You would be hard pressed to build it from scratch for under $1300.

EDIT: I also have a set of 416 heads less springs with a fresh valve job. 75 bucks

I take it you're pretty set on having it be picked up and not shipped?

Yeah, shipping would be a pretty big hassle. How far up north in MN are you? I would be willing to meet you somewhere for a little bit of $.

Thanks for looking!

Don't let shipping worry you Camaroguy. I drive up from Dubuque to the Twin Cities pretty often. If you pay for gas and he can get the motor to Dubuque I can bring it up.

oh, do you have a build sheet for the motor? Who did the work? If I can't sell my GTA I might as well make it faster.

even so, I work at a mail-freight shipping company, and when I was working out a deal with a guy with a zz4 in NC, it was only going to cost 119 dollars to ship to the dock...let me get back to you on this, whether you meet me, or I could meet you stiers, Ill make it worth the while

well if you can get the shipping organized, i can probably figure out someway to crate it up.

Debuque is quite a drive for me, but i might be able to work soemething out.

Sorry, I don't have a build sheet on this motor, I bought it used. I do know it was build by midstate machine in Des Moines. It had been in an s10. I put it in my bracket car, and its just been trailered to the track all summer. (car isn't street legal)

Still have the 416 heads? Did you replace with stock valves or oversize?

Yes, the only thing not included would be like the alternator and starter, otherwise, everything down to the plugs and plug wires will be there. If you want the starter and alternator, i could include them for like 150 more, they're both practically brand new.
