Hey guys I know that I posted this here once before, but i am getting desperate for a new camaro or GTA. If you guys happen to run across something for sale will you please let me know. I live on the south side of chicago in Alsip.
Here is what I am looking for:
A camaro or Firebird (IROC-Z or GTA prefered). With a 350 (305 will be considered for the right price). It doesn't matter if it is auto or manual trans. It must have t-tops or be a convertible (i know they didn't come with 350's) Also I would like a body that has no rust (or little surface rust). Low miles would be nice. The problem that I am having is that I can only afford $5000.
But please let me know of anything you see or hear of for sale. I would like to have something to cruise in by summer besides my POS z24 cavalier.

Alsip eh! so how bout that bombing the other day. no, I am actually in Alslop also. i am in the Chippewa ridge subdivision, just a few blocks west of 127th and central. I dont know if it is still there but i saw a 91 or 92 firebird convertable in one of the dealerships on the west side of cicero around 140th or so.? This was a couple weeks back so i wouldnt know if it would be there now.
i havent seen any other f-body's for sale around here lately, Good luck!

Thanks for the heads up on that convertible. I will go check it out, but it probably is out of my price range. Anything at a dealer seems to be out of my range. Hopefully someone else has come across one?
