Stuff for sale locally

Hey local guys & gals,

I hope this is not an inappropriate post, but I got some stuff I'll let go and of course I prefer local transactions & I can deliver locally so I wanted to give a heads up.

There is a complete LT1 motor, 2 9-bolts, a set of World heads, a spreadbore holley 650 model 4175, a manual pedal assy, & tan leather GTA seats (need recovering).

For more detail check out the classifieds or e-mail me. I am in Lemont, Il if anyone wants to see anything. All this is for sale because the money will be more use to me right now than the parts. Please feel free to make offers.

It is from a 1993 Camaro Z28, was wrecked with 75K. It is take-out complete--i.e. everything on the motor. This includes all brackets and accessories, water pump, motor mounts, sensors (oil press. sender is broken but its not expensive to replace) intake, throttle body, injectors, fuel rails & press. regulator, optispark, ignition module & coil, plugs & wires, auto trans flexplate, air intake elbow, exhaust manifolds, & 4th gen y-pipe with good cat. Basically the wires & fuel lines were disconnected and motor was taken out whole. I don't have the computer or wiring harness as I was planning to add a distributor and running it with the 7730 ECM. This would kill two birds with one stone as the install would be easier and optispark is eliminated, plus it would be comparable if not cheaper than getting a new optispark which is always a good idea with used LT1s. With some tuning this would have been kickass, but I digress.

The heads are World products S/R heads, identical to S/R torquers except with 1.94/1.50 valves (I verified this with world as it seems all the info out there is about the torquers). These are the 67cc chamber, have screw in studs, guideplates, centerbolt taps for valve covers. Strangely, the bosses for the perimeter style valve covers are NOT tapped; but the option is always there if you need it. These also have the '87 and up intake bolt pattern; you can easily reuse '86 and down intakes with the Weiand spacers all the '87 & up guys with Stealth Rams use. I don't remember all the exact particulars, but if you do a google search on "S/R torquer" one of the results will be a World Products .pdf spec sheet.

The flow numbers I've seen for these heads are a bit better than unported L98 heads (these basically flow like 305 torquers as they have identical port design & 1.94/1.50 valves), have more accurate & thicker castings, and respond well to porting. They retail new for about $800 complete, I'd like to get $500 obo for them as they have about 500 miles on them and it shows (or rather, doesn't show, they are that clean. They are still on the motor in the garage.)

Still have everything. I have a ~1987 3.27 disc rear complete, and an 1989 disc rear thats missing the yoke & I never checked the ratio. If you are interested, PM me and we can discuss and arrange for you to come out and see it if you'd like.
