How many hard launches with sticky tires have you made?

I'm assuming you replaced the QP spherical rod ends with solids, correct?

My Trak Pak TA didn't have sphericals. But, since the TA mount bracket couldn't squeeze down on the upper link like it does on the bottom link, the bottom link, which is the adjustment link, took all the side-to-side load the QP spherical rod ends allowed. 16th hard launch, the TA adjustment link snapped, putting the pinion skyward (lots of carnage). If I could come up with a way to keep the QP mount from swinging side-to-side, I'd put the Trak Pak back in (using a non-adjustable Jegster right now, and I'm not all that impressed with it).

No the newer Spohn TAs come with big solid ends on them. In essence the TA is solid and has no flex.

I looked all this over quite a bit as I am kind of a suspension nut. I am using the stock replacement TA as it does not have the changing instant center like the aftermarkets do. I just made a bracket on my cross member to take the TA load off the trans.

Have not had the car on the 1320 but I run Nitto 555R 305/40/18 and I have put some MT drag radials on it. I have not had any issue. Also I screwed up on day and pulled my car onto a soft beach. I got luck and was able to launch my car out of that back on to the pavement. I was lucky not to loose an axle.

The car will see the strip at some point, but I am really not concerned, I feel I have put it through the ringer already and it is holding up.
