That same topend put down 525rwhp on my buddies 383 stroker, I know I wont put down that kind of number but with close to 500rwhp you think just 12's? Is it due to the rearend and tranny? Lack of stall? I have a 9" I'm building but it wont be ready anytime soon.

Re: What do you guys think(Guesses?)
why so lazy on the camshaft? that wide lsa looks like it'll love some spray, but for an n/a motor, i'd have gone to a 108-110lsa. i think it'll want more converter and more gear down the road to perform to it's best ability but i think i see that you are trying to build a dual purpose street/strip weekend warrior with good street manners. those cylinder heads leave alot to be desired too but go ahead an post up those flow numbers to give us real perspective.

prove me wrong then by taking it to the track
These threads are soo pointless, guys like me and mw66nova got low 13s, even 12s out of stock headed 305s....and 99% of the board is in the mid to upper 14s with them. It's all in that magical tune and suspension setup.

Re: What do you guys think(Guesses?)
I dont liek these threads really but the track isnt open for another month here and I was just curious. The cam is actually going to love the spray, I plan on a 150 shot. The heads flow pretty well...

I dont plan on doing anyhting else to the motor just fine tuning the suspension and driving the hell out of the car. I was hoping to hit a 10.xx on the spray. I didnt invest much in the tranny or 10 bolt, I have a 9" I'm building with a full spool and 4.30 gears along with a 4200 stalled TH400. Just need some more time and money to finish everything.

Re: What do you guys think(Guesses?)
For such a small shot of nitrous you do not need a wide lobe sep. use a cam with a 106-110 will work better on motor. Good luck I think you have a combo for high 11s to low 12s

Re: What do you guys think(Guesses?)
2.02/1.60 is way to small for your combo, you should go a little bigger on the intake, 2.08's would be much better

Re: What do you guys think(Guesses?)
I thought so, to be honest but I am stepping up to either AFR 210's or 227's next year along with a bigger nitrous shot.
