Well with the tall deck, I have to get a 6 inch cowl hood.. I would have posted in the body section but my chances of getting a picture are better in this area.
Does anyone have any that they could post or link? I just want to see how dumb my small tire car is going to look with that on.
You will not like the 6" cowl if you drive on the street. Even going down the track, vision is limited. An aeroscoop will cover it better and give better vision. Another suggestion is a drop base air cleaner.

Found some more. I'm squatted down slightly in the first picture. The second picture, this is what I saw going down the track. I had to lift my head up to see over the cowl and was blind to see if anyone was standing over there. When I finally put the tunnel ram under the 6" cowl, I had to cut a hole in the top.
My new tunnel ram with toilets is under the current cowl/aero scoop combination but I also don't run filters. The tops of the toilets are about 2" from the top of the scoop.
With a cage in the car and a 6" cowl you will be severely limited. I woud stick with a shorter cowl and notch one of the clear plexiglass scoops through it. - That or I would look at lowering the motor down in the car more.
I'm only currently running a low deck, but with a big-brodix single plane, 1/2 phenolic spacer, NOS plate, and a dominator. It fits under a 4" cowl ok, but I have no idea how high you motor is sitting in the car compared to mine.
My engine is a tall deck with Edelbrock Super Victor intake and fogger system. It is lowered .5 into the chassis. I know I'll need to add a inch spacer so The six will have to do. I ordered a VFN 6 inch yesterday. I want to keep the engine a little higher because of the small tire on the car.
Unlimited bolt-on. I don't really need a 6", but it was on the car when I got it. That picture from the drivers seat is just about what I see. When I drive through the pits, I have to crane my neck to make sure I don't run over anyone walking on the right.
