I test drove a 81 z28. Interior was immaculate, exterior good but dent in front passenger side, approx 400 dollars to fix with painting included. Tires good, engine looked and sounded great. I couldn't see much wrong with it. Only 127xxx kilometers.
This thing was super fun to drive. Has anyone had any experiences good or bad with them? Are they reliable? How did the engine and tranny hold up? He also has a brand new set of decals he'd throw in.

I had a 77 Z-28 and sold it to my brother, I really liked it. the Z was discontinued in 75 and 76 so 77 was a good year

I liked it and the later models just got better.

It has mucho miles on it now but runs like a top.

We've got a 70 Camaro. Originally Shadow Grey, now Hugger Orange. Base car with 300hp 350 and Turbo350. Sometimes its my brother's, sometimes mine. Right now it is my brother's. Ours is quite reliable, just like any other GM musclecar.

my friend has a 79 bird that he basically brought back from death. And nows says he could never sell. however this is one modded bird and if the camaro your looking at is stock, then this might not help you too much then.
