new 2.8L v6 oil pan & gasket

I was given this oil pan & gasket brand new with the purchase of my firebird. The old oil pans drain plug was stripped, so the owner bought this new one, but never got around to replaceing it. So, since I've gotten rid of the old 2.8 i still have this new oil pan.

The oil pan is from Spectra Premium Industries & gasket is a one piece NAPA gasket. I'm taking the BO & shipping & handling.
