Where did you get the bracket from? Did ATI supply it or did you have to go else where?

Thanks guys.
The Bracket is a custom unit designed by Larry at ASSC and produced by ATI. It is basically a renegade setup. No PS or AC and you have to run an Electric water pump. The alternator also needs to be relocated to the drivers side with a low mount bracket.
This setup is not cheap by any means and is meant for a heavly modified engine. You have to pay to play.
I hope to make some decent HP figures with this setup and make all of us third geners proud to own one of these cars.

Damn, very impressive.
Couple of questions though. Why no ac? Is it a pulley alignment issue due to the cogs or something else??? Also, do you plan on using an intercooler? If so, what are you going to do about plumbing considering your discharge location doesn't appear to be ideal. Thanks for any info.

I cant remember the last time that car HAD ac. the pulleys are a "short water pump" style setup............if you got really creative, you might be able to hang an old style ac compressor and get it wo work. Most ac setups used the "long water pump" style pullies.

Hi, I'm from over at CZ28.com and I've been asking questions over there about a F-IR install and the only problems I ran into is the bracket. 89prochargedroc let me know about your set-up and I have to say it is bad a$$ and is just what I was looking for. Now you say ASSC made it ,but you bought it from ATI is that right ? Now a new question comes up for me. You have a Dart little M correct? I have a LT-1 but plan or getting a GMPP block later on. Now heres the question are the bolt holes in the same location on both blocks? So I won't have to get a new bracket when I switch to the new motor. Thanks for your help in advance.
Thanks,
Johnny

Thanks, I don't think the heads will be a problem. Just found out that the bracket was a custom made pc. for his set-up. If I just knew what type of aluminum they use I can make my own.
