Question For Anyone Running Ford TB with GM ECM

Since the Ford TPS has a narrower adjustment range than the GM one, how do you set it? I know GM should be around .55 volts to 4.5 volts at WOT, and the Ford sensor's range is from aprox 1 volt to 4.5 volts. I set the TPS to .55v with the throttle closed, but can't get a higher reading at WOT than 4.07, even with the TPS massively slotted. Any ideas? The GM TPS is a completely different design, so thats not going to work. Is this going to take custom programming to fix?
