Need some power

Here is my situation. I have an 86 Camaro, carbed, 350... Looking for more power (overall), not nitrous hits (know I want them). I was thinking on a supercharger or something similar. I am having the exhaust redone and some new shocks/tires.. I really am looking for something to crush them evil 'stangs into the ground. As my name implies I still want to keep her power hidden... Can anyone give me a few suggestions?

Greetings from tacoma! I have a 91 with a paxton s/c. I regret not purchasing an ati because i have heard multiple complaints about the longevity of the paxton units but have had no problems with mine. ATI is the way to go but they are not what you would call a sleeper unit, very audible. However, my paxton is so quiet the only time you can hear it is when you give it some rpms and then let off. I used to have nitrous on my vett and it is the best bang for the buck! But you do have to do your reasearch on the stuff to feel comfortable with it! I would suggest a standard kit,(500$), a pruge valve (100) and a swithc activated bottle opener (150). That would make a safe kit as long as you did not have any detonation. I ran full timing on a 150hp shot and just ran 92 octane or a good fuel additive. A supercharger will cost you about 3000, a good safe nitrous kit will cost you about 750. Or you could stroke the motor to a 383?
