Forced Induction and Power Brakes

New to forced induction: How do power brakes function with positive manifold pressure? Is everyone running vacume pumps and reservoirs, hydroboost, or what? What have you guys done and how did it work?
Did a search and couldnt find any info on this subject, Thanks!

you should never have any manifold psi when off the throttle.

I didn't change anything from when it was stock with the one-way check valve in there and the brakes worked fine. Like it was already said, there's no positive pressure when you're off the throttle, so you'll have vacuum when you apply the brakes.
