vacuum problem...
Alright, so I got my boost gauge hooked up, at idle it reads I guess -20...I have boost set to run 8psi, but when I get on it, it never goes that high. Is it normal to read -20?
Also, where do yall tap in, to get boost gauge readings, map readings, and for BOV's?
Any help would be awsome, THanks

Re: vacuum problem...
What do you mean?
Like, take a normal boost gauge, goes from 40 to 0, then 0 to 40 clockwise around the gauge. Its reading the bottom 20 at idle, slowly goes up when hitting throttle, but it doesnt go over the 0, is that normal? do i have a vac leak? and does my altitude matter where I live?
Also, im still trying to find a good vacuum source for it..there is a hose coming out of the top part of the motor, on the passenger side, its a short5inch hose, goes into this short round, plastic thing, then back into a vac hose, and carries on....

It should go to zero at WOT, and then up with boost. And make sure you are connected to a manifold vacuum source, as in from the intake plenum. Such as the one that goes to the brake booster, etc.
