Ok then Right, firstly, Im using the aluminium brace which bolts the Procharger plate to the alternator. How does the original serpentine brace fit now, as mine seems to foul?

Also, the alternator positive connection seems very close to the valve cover, how did you insulate this?

A small plastic cap on the terminal, does your alt have a threaded post on the back or one of those mounting blocks where you screw down the connection with a screw from the top?

I had to take my alternator apart rotate the back half to make it work, you also might have to use to washers on the back side of the alum. brace to the alternator.

My alternator has a stud, Ive already cut this down, so will probably put some sort of cap over it. With the brace, it fits ok, I meant the brace for the back of the alternator down to the head, the original serpentine one
