Get a fan switch for a Buick GN and stick it in the passenger side head. Use it as a ground trigger to energize the relay which will turn on the fan.

Yes, if the fuel smell started after the whole area was disturbed with the injector change, look there first. Leaks are sometimes hard to spot on TPI because many of the connection points are hidden...

Your GM parts rep is incorrect. Dorman doesn't make anything they are not a manufacturer.

You can use hi temp silicone hose. I got some from a truck parts depot, I think big rigs use it for a turbo oil line or something. Very easy to work with.
