go down and have your coil tested. if you think its the problem, I would say try to start it for a minute or 2, then turn it off and look at your spark plugs (all of them) they can tell you alot....

Yes I can hear the pump prime when trying to turn the car on and then it pimes when i turn the key off. the fuse is fine

ok so I checked the fuses and there all good. im not to sure on the relay though... I used a relay from my friends 88 5.7 TPI and it didnt do anything diffrent, im not sure what relay I grabbed from...

I do not hear the pump prime for 2 secounds. I know the pump is good because i just put it in and it's working when the car is on. however i do here it prime 2 seconds after turning the car off.

I think the two metal brakets attacting on to the engine are for the clutch linkage, because i dont see why they are there if its not for the linkage. (the pic is from under the car.) also i finished...

it could be sticking valves, cracked distributor cap. check your fuel injectors dont throw money at the problem and more info on your car would help me, help you, and the hole TGO all together.

have you tryed looking at posible air problem, your Mass air flow could be going out, vaccum leak (check your hoeses) check your spark plugs take them out see if they are gapped right or look good to...

well your TBI needs to go for one. so buy a used TPI there not too much. more then 100$ around 180-240$ used but well worth it. you should think about a better rear end. a good used 4th gen rear end...
