i didn't make any passes at all last season. I am currently building a new motor. I will be running the 8.50 index class once its done. My biggest problem is I lack the ambition to work on the car.

a bbc 632 should make more than 800ish hp in a race only application. if i were you, i would talk to a local engine builder. they can probably make a ton more power for the same if not less $$.

I would look into the M/T drag radials. They hook hard. I don't really think that you are running the times that warrant the need for a full slick. Plus a drag radial can be used on the street.
