I meant the thermostat if I'm changing the gasket i should change the thermostat. I was talking better brand ,temp, like a 180 do these cars run hot in the summer. Or stick with the 195 i drive her...

There is a plug that is not plugged in on top the other end is wrapped in tape why would that be unplugged. I want to plug it in but i don't now what it is for.
