Yes. You cut off an ear for clearance with a cut off wheel. The instructions show you what to do.

Low gearing and taller tire is another trick for traction. I run 30" tall tires and steeper gear ratio.

For best traction, shoot for -3 degrees off the diff. The rear control arms need to be in the lowest hole.

I didnt have to use the relay because I have a N/L converter. I am done with the install and love this shifter. Had one in another car (Z28) and loved it too.

I only trust ONE kit and that is ALKYCONTROL. You can have failures, but they are far and few between with these kits. I have been running alky for 12 years on various cars and never had a problem......

Nice improvements!
Get the Moroso trick springs up front and PA Racing K member. I run -3 degrees on the adjustable TA. Remove as much weight from the front as you can and you will 60 a lot harder....

I have done this very thing with an LC2. It will overheat for sure in a thirdgen unless you have very expensive cooling system and your cruising all the time.
