Used the DataMaster program and the temp is reading 183 , there is a 195 t stat installed. Haven't had time to try unpluging the MAF today will try later.

The Temp Senor you speak of, is it the one on the front of the intake ? If so it has been repaced by me along with a full tune up - T stat and IAC. The PO replaced fuel injectors - dist - ECM -...

He seems to have left out I drive this car everyday 42 miles one direction to work. The car is very clean and dependable. I searched all through the cars for sale here on this site to compare my car...

Ok this is my car. I'm not hiding anything The reason I didn't want to give him all the vin is there are too many scams on craigslist. After I met Abe I did allow him to have the Vin to CARFAX it....

Some of this is way over my head. The temp is reading 84c which is 183f. I installed a 195f t-stat in it about 2 months ago, I guess it is opening early. I still don't understand the throttle...

So I'm still having problems with the GTA. My question is what tells the IAC to move? I've had a buddy look at it with his snap on scanner and all looks good, then for no reason the IAC moves to 92...

If the blades were sticking, then the throttle would not be against the stop right? I have checked this when it idles high and it is against the stop.

The tune up is done, still no change. The IAC is out I've pushed and pulled and it doesn't move. So is it bad? and if it would move how far in and out should it move?

when I had the IAC out I pushed and pulled on it a little not hard but want to see if it would move.It wouldn't and was solid as a rock. Should it move?

How do you know if the IAC is bad? Had it out to clean it. Didn't make a difference.

ok checked and adjusted the TPS. I cleared the codes, the car doesn't want to idle until it warms up now.And I'm not showing any codes. After it warms up it idles but it surges still no SES light or...
