Thats a damn good time! I don't have much done to it besides suspension work and a stock rebuilt of the bottom end with a near stock camshaft. My 9 bolt suffered a pinion bearing failure about a year...

The best i could run was a 9.403 @ 72 mph. I had traction problems the whole night, and the 5.0's all had sticky nitto's that night. The best time i have ran was 9.202

I also raced a white Mustang 5.0 with a 5 speed, he had sticky nitto 55'R's and i was on his rear quarter the whole way untill i started to reel him in we were door handle to door handle on top end....

That's a nicely optioned Iroc, minus the drum brakes out back. I don't understand why a customer would not want a stouter rear with disc brakes! lol. Next time you look at the RPO codes look for GM3...

Nope!!! His car was running perfect buddy! I took a page from Robert Franks combo, a lot of EBL tuning and 31 chip burns to get my combo to run right! Its far from running perfect but its a contender...

There was no Z28 in the years of 88 to 90 just the RPO code Z28 that triggered the iroc z appearance package!!! Like i said no such thing as a plain jain Z28 just Iroc Z and RS!!!!

Check the rpo codes in your center console and Z28 should be present if not its a rally sport. FYI a base model iroc could be had with a L03 tbi engine and 15 double stripe iroc wheels, fog lights,...

Here it is buddy, FYI the leather inside the lip has started to peel off but it mounts flush and it does not expose it self when mounted. I am gonna post up a picture of it mounted on my steering...
