Yep, your fuel pressure should increase when you rev the engine. Sounds like the fuel system is fine.

When the car starts and is cold it is in open loop operation and it is running on factory...

Your injectors may be leaking/dripping fuel into the runners or your O2 sensor may be bad. Can you hook up a scanner and look at the BLM or INT values?

The pulsator is a kind of secondary bellows to keep the "fuel pump pulses" from reaching the fuel rail and injectors. It is not strictly necessary and a new pump kit will come with a section of fuel...

The pulsator is what connects the fuel pump to the metal fuel line on the tpi fuel pump hanger assembly. It looks like a small, metal brake master cylinder, no clamps; it just slips over the fuel...

The fuel pressure should be 43-47psi with no vacuum line on the FPR. Try and temporarily pinch off the fuel return line near the front driverside of the engine and watch what the fuel pressure does,...

I asked the guy at the radiator shop specifically about what solder to use. He uses regular lead solder and an electric iron (so as no to set anything ablaze), but I bet if you ensure all the fumes...

You should have a full 12v at the pump and 32 is low, it should be 43-47psi. Your FPR diaphragm could be torn, pull the vacuum line to the FPR and check for gasoline.
