That sounds like a lot of money to me for a wrecked car. It is possible that the owner had only liability insurance, which explains why the car hasn't been fixed and how it could have a clear title....

I think it is fair. Complete setup for 3rd gen conversion with seats, axle, basically a whole car. There is nothing missing.
