The ignition wire to the computer was not hot while cranking. I did a 5.7 TPI conversion into '87...

:eek:I turn the key to my rebuilt '87 350 TPI and it fires right up when cold. I warm it up about 5 min. then turn it off. I turn the key, starter cranks and cranks but no start. I wait 5-10 min....

Because of clearance issures with my TPI engine swap, I have put on hugger headers. The ports in the block where I am sposed to put the KS are blocked...Right now I have the KS on the head coolant...

I thought the ccv and the pcv were both Crankcase Ventilators? both go from the intake into the valve covers. Wouldn't it be going into the crankcase either way...ccv or pcv? Can you please expain...

1985 Prom and Calpak chips ecm# 1226870

Converted from ecm...870 to ...165 and used '85 ecm for core charge. Prom and Calpak are intergrated together in new computer. $75 for both chips. Will ship anywhere via USPS
