Re: Porting base and found inj

Actually its actually the fuel inj company that sets # per hour not ford and it's universal 43.5 psi from the inj company. ford just runs 19# inj at 36-40 psi which is actually less. I got the inj in...

Another question is the heads are stated to create 195 cfm on the intake and 110 on exhaust, should I be paying more attention to the exhaust? 195 on the intake using the equation of multiplying...

Re: Head porting and base

It's the 305 tpi so 081 heads I believe. They flow really well on the intake side not so much on exhaust, but I'll be porting both, I already have everything else done you possibly can to these cars...

Head porting and base

I am porting my engine and read that if you port the heads to much that it can create to little of resistance and reduce air speed. On a tpi air speed is a good thing, so how much is to much where is...

Re: Turbocharged TPI Rx7 convertible

There is a guy on YouTube that ports the heads to allow more air around the valve, I'd look at that plus what orr said, as for injectors, I don't know if they will work but 8.1l vortec engine stock...

Re: Cheap turbo idea unsure if it would work though

This maybe a dumb question but if you didn't tune it with this form of induction and large injection wouldn't the computer just adjust off the air flow difference sensed by the maf to run right from...

Re: Cheap turbo idea unsure if it would work though

in other words if it only sees half the air, and you still had 19's in then it would only put half as much fuel in, so if you double the inj size to 38's it would dump the correct amount. the most...

Re: Cheap turbo idea unsure if it would work though

to make sure that the engine doesn't suck more air from that side, basically make sure the intake has the same resistance on both halves, and it would tell the inj to put half the fuel in that's why...
