That's part of the problem....we can't get it started. No power coming out of the fuel pump relay or any of the other relays. We have come to the conclusion that the wriing in the steering coumn is...

It's not charging...it is only hitting 12.6V when we tested it after getting a full charge.

That's all good and well but why is it not starting now when it has plenty of juice or my truck jumping it?

It's got play in it when it is not engaged. I get how the cables attach....I need to know if there is a way to get about 2 inches of slack in the one that is not attached or from the cable attached...

Sorry....92 GTA 5.0, 5 spd, discs not sure which altho I do know they are not the high performance ones.

Just bought the car for my son and am wondering which tranny it has. 1992 T/A GTA with the 305 and 5spd tranny. It has a slight grind going into 2nd so I know I am due for a rebuild but don't know...
