I have a 2000 ls1 from vette its all there except brackets. I have 2000 gmc ecm and harness that was on 6.0 . I have the coils and maf from truck also.
I want to trade all my ls stuff for a good t56...

Thanks everybody for opinions. I do have fab skills so I will use 8.8 rear axle
it is 65" wide which is close to what i want anyway

I can buy a ford 8.8 65" width from expedition with disc brakes already there or 9" for same price but has drum and is 63 3/4 wide. Anybody have any good suggestions here?

who makes the best fit and bang for buck umi,spohn, or bmr. Im going to use coil overs with pinto rack&pinion. Oh and by the way how hard is it to turn with manual rack vs power steering? Opinions...

well thanks but i know good and well that ls1 flange and bbc is not the same even they look like it. bbc spacing between ports on bbc is farther apart

Well some dumba$$ put a junk yard motor in this car(carb junk). The only thing working on the gauges is the alternator gauge. I am going to try and put it back efi but i need the gauges to work

Gauge cluster?

Anybody have a 90-92 gauge cluster from 90 iroc or 91-92 z28 that has 140 speed odometer for sale? And dash pad that's in good shape?
