Agreed. Even LB9 5 speed would be great. The 15" wheels kills it for me.

It started out at $500.00, its been bid to $11,600.00. It will be interesting to see were it goes. Only 2496 made with L69 in 1985.

You are right the LG4 and CFI were turds. I swapped in a 355/350, 4:10 gears and all the go fast parts in my Pace car within 6 months. While that car was down i bought a 1984 z/28 L69 5 speed, smog...

They all had the LS Conteur Seats with knee adjuster. With carb they didn't have the cold air hood just the plates. The fog lights shouldn't be there. As for the non-power windows with power locks,...

Yes, 82 Pace cars came with 2 different 4 speeds. A Super T10 and 4 speed Saginaw, but only with 4 barrel carburetor.

Both of my 1985 L-69's have the same carpet, My red one was built in May
1985. I will have to check the build date on this one. Both were built in Norwood. So that may have something to do with it.
