Canisters are known to start filling up the carb with charcoal wen they start braking down, I suggest u look in the fuel bowl. And u sed u had bend fuel pump pushrod this tells me someone ****ed up...

You need to go to harbor freith and by angle meter if u don't have one ...turn driveshaft so the yokes are strait and measure the angle(angle meter has magnet side so u just stik it to the flat of...

check ur pinion and output shaft angle ... should be 3 degres at trans and 1 degree at pinion...that will tell u how high it needs to be...as u move the trans with torque arm attached and driveshaft...

makes no sence rebuilding it.too much money and there is no parts for them cose everyone dumps them after they brake..just drive it till it brakes...you should know early t5 leak oil from the vent...

Look for strait thru muffler on the original muffler ...wen u look thru the inlet u can see how from one 3inch it turns in to a V shape inside to come out 2pipes by 2 1/2 ...u can't by the original...

u can see on the pic wen u pull the rubber boot up,there will be lock spring or peel tipe lock spring...for peel tipe u need to grab the end with a pik and peel it out the outher style comes out with...

1/2 inch is too much difference is exsakly 1/4 inch ...I have the original rod in already pedals are even and clutch relese on a much lower point...feels better...careful with the little plastic...

I think making the hole for clutch master cylinder and cutting the tunnel for the stick will be your most concern...center console on these cars is a little pain to pull out also where u mount clutch...

I would like to add something...input shafts interchange simply because input shaft gear is actualy 4th gear wich is 1 to 1 ratio...problem is u have to open the top cover to make shure u put it in...

what moog part number u used ...there is diferent rates!!! there is 3 part numbers soft mid hard ...i would guess u used hard if there is nothing else wrong with your suspension

set primary jets first ,then calculate proper power valve number for ur engine ,then u need to set accelerator pump nozle size...and last u set the spring for vacuum secondary

i think you have enough signs of a bad head gasket...befour u open the engine u should do compression test on all cylinders to find the bad one...sometimes its hard to see when u open the engine and...

check if bouth hoses on the radiator are pretty same hot when the stat is open...u might have cloged radiator...try to flush the system whit water...there is not realy that much to check

you should du pressure test to check if u losing coolant somewhere...you sed that hoses are soft like no pressure,that is not normal...pressure is going somewhere that is not sopoust to...if u have...
