Noob or not one thing is for sure you have excellent taste - these are the best looking cars! You only learn by doing, so having a needy car can be a good thing. I haven't had one of these engines...

So I had the hissing in the center console and couldn't change airflow from defrost to the center vents. I did a search here, found the info on the Vacuum Selector Valve, took the center stack apart...

To the OP - a 4 way speaker is a speaker that has a shell that will fit into the size slot in a vehicle (say 4x6" or 6x9" for example), but combines a woofer, a midrange, and likely 2 tweeter...
