If you had new tires put on check to make sure your lugnuts are tight. the "flat tire" description scares me. If you ran it over coming back in then it was in front of the tire, which doesn't explain...

I'm guessing if you see no holes from front to rear then your doors have been repaired before.
the lowers probably had rust and somebody bondoed or seam sealed over the holes during the repair, If...

Totaled! Look at the door gaps. From the pic it looks like the front is good, the rear is down. If the door didn't move judging by the gaps, the quarter got pulled into the door. The sail panel is...

You might want to check with any local windshield replacement place.
they should have rolls of all sizes. I went with a thicker one as I didn't like the tiny factory one.
