Firebirds didn't get the 145 mph dash. That was a Camaro thing. 140 mph is the highest speedo.

As for the bezel, I'm pretty sure it's the same as a 91. The bottom button area might be a bit diff...

I found a lot of the squeaks in my 87 were due to the underside of the dashpad. You can look where its rubbing on the plastic spots, because its a smoother surface you get a squeak.
