Sounds like arcing on the spark plug wires or in the distributor cap. Look for cracks in the cap and the plug boots or dirt on the plugs.

Do you have any oil in it? Fuel pump won't run after a few seconds if there is no oil pressure or the computer does not get a pulse from the ignition.

The only reason you would get 70 psi with a new regulator is a plugged return system as ploegi said. That's it and it must be fixed. Maybe not the line itself but something is keeping the fuel...

Are you sure it doesn't have to do with the fuel pump relay rather than anything to do with TunerPro? Long starts from cold usually are waiting for oil pressure because the the pump didn't prime...

I think they called it pulse, and you would either need to look inside the wiper switch on the steering wheel or in the motor module.
The switch has some resistors in it which the non pulse does...

Did you replace the coil? If it has some shorted windings, it may be stressing the ICM. It will still produce spark but not as hot and pull more current.

Just a note, if you break the flat part of a window switch or want to rebuild a boss for a screw, that UV setting glue you see on TV ($19 for one but you get 2) or in the drugstore ($9 for one) works...

Probably not, but it depends how you plumbed around it. Since you live in NY you probably plumbed all the coolant through the heater core. This will reduce the effectiveness of the AC.

Sounds like either a temperature sensor is gone bad, tell in the ecm that the engine is cold and needs to run rich. Also check the cold start injector.
