stock you should be up around 18 inHg I believe.

Get a hold of Trick Flow and ask for the voltage offsets.

Also your bin still shows 22 lb/hr, so you'll need to update to 24.

Lastly, you'll probably want to zero out the Low PW compensation...

Popping back through the intake (which I'm assuming you mean by "backfire") is typically due to a lean condition.

With the Pro-Flow manifold you're probably into the short-runner large plenum,...

Yes, the front half. In the $EE code when they went to SEFI on the 4th gen LT1's, on some of the applications they biased the front 4 cylinders ~10% richer all the way up to 40% throttle. ...

Figured it out (I hope)....

Some sort of copy and paste error I think during a past bin update.

I back tracked all my O2 swing points, prop gains, lag filters, etc... constants and tables...

Update...I swapped the WB and NB O2's to the opposite sides of the engine (NB was on the driver side).

With the NB on the passenger side and a couple of runs.... it's now doing the high BLM more...

I just swapped the WB and NB O2's to the opposite sides of the engine (NB was on the driver side). Tomorrow I'll drive the car into work and see what happens.

Agreed. I'd only go with a tuner who is able to look at running data and then adjust per that. Tuning blind is often very difficult and can get frustrating for both the tuner and the customer.

IIRC, the knock counts never go down. It'll just keep going up until it reaches 256 or something like that, and then it'll go back to zero and start over.

I was battling something similar and ended up tracing it to excessive torque and/or bad knock sensor. On a modified engine where noises can come from things like headers, roller rockers, etc......
