Wiring diagram for 200-4R for OEM operation

Need to install a 1986 200-4R transmission in my streetrod (THM350 is shot)....will have a brake pedal switch (normally closed).

Only want the factory intended shift/lock operation for a few...

WTB: T5/T56 setup

Considering installing a manual transmission behind a SBC. Would need a flywheel for a 2 piece rear main. Pedals not needed.. Upstate NY/VT area.

No...still haven't put the engine together. Just want a backup TPI engine for my truck. Located a nice set of non Vortec head to use.

So I have both 305 and 350 VORTEC heads I don't need.

HSR adjustable fuel regulator - reviews?

Recently picked up a Holley Stealth Ram setup and read that the AFPR supplied by Holley is prone to problems. Anyone have any problems with that regulator?

TPI conversion up and running Injector fuse size?

Got my 94 Chevy TBI to TPI conversion up and running...the truck cab has a 10A injector (TBI) fuse...since the circuit is now powering 8 (TPI) injectors think a 15A fuse is more appropriate?

The previous owner may have already done that?...what is the bin code on the MEMCAL and service number on the ecm. Some guys have modified TBI ecm's to work with TPI.

747 Pin C9 to 730 ECM question

Installing a TPI SD in a 1994 K2500 5sp truck with 16196396 ECM which appears similar to the 747.

Can't determine where Pin C9 on the 396/747 transfers to the 730 ecm.

C9 is the Crank Signal on...

Just put an ohm meter across the two terminals on the injectors...they should be 12 ohm. The thing to look for is that they are all the same..if you get 7 at 12 ohm and one at 10 ohm it's needs to...

At least ohm them before putting the EFI back together...it's a pain changing them later.

Check the injectors that were in the car if you have them...

Yes to the first one

I really suspect that they were just over their heads diagnosing the the TPI, installing a carb is only going backwards with technology.

Ohm the injectors while out and why...

While you have the intake off why not do an all cylinder compression test? When you remove the plugs, keep them in order and study the insulators. Look for oil consumption, white color from water...

What is the suffix code stamped on the block pad, passenger side front where the head meets the block. The upper water pump bolt screws into the pad...the 2 or 3 letter code will give you a better...

Installing a 91/92 TPI engine in a truck. Ordered the serpentine through Advance Auto parts that gave me belt # 945K6.

The picture is with the idler compressed and the belt which is too short.

Thanks...I couldn't locate that post....even uses the original belt. Noticed that the A/C delete I have has a smaller diameter pulley...won't hurt to have a new one anyway.
