I plan on grabbing an iroc hood and cutting it to add functional Louvers, would it still clear the stock hood?

Does that also explain why I can only keep the car running with it unplugged?? Because when I put the connector back into the tps it stalls the car... also I cleaned the inside of the throttle body...

It’s saying the voltage is low meaning high vacuum but I also says high voltage low vacuum I might have those mixed up
