92 Camaro Rs V6 3.1L issue
My car idles very strange, it will stall at complete stops unless I drive with both feet also the codes I have are 14 for coolant temp sensor, 32 for egr, and 33,and 34 saying the map sensor circuit has high and low vacuum, sometimes my car starts up but other times it will start up then shut right off unless I keep my foot on the gas

So grab a manual and look up the codes. Follow the steps in the manual and they'll lead you to whatever is wrong.
If you still have the stock injectors, they're are known for being troublesome. They may or may not be related to the problem, just keep them in mind.

It’s saying the voltage is low meaning high vacuum but I also says high voltage low vacuum I might have those mixed up

14- This code is set when the cst voltage is low, typically close to 0 volts. The only things that causes this is a shorted sensor or the yellow wire to the sensor is shorted to a ground. Failure of a cst will affect the functions of the fuel delivery, ignition timing, cooling fan, TCC and the idle control. Typically a normal sensor will have the following resistance:

Re: 92 Camaro Rs V6 3.1L issue
I’ve had the car almost 3 months now the previous owner of the car didn’t really do much to it except let the car sit for awhile so I noticed rust chunks built up in the radiator, it vomited when I took the cap off also brown coolant, the previous guy took out the old heatercore because it was leaking and bypassed it now I have the new heatercore and I just need to either do a complete flush of the system or maybe just buy a new radiator instead, not sure if that’s apart of the problem, noticed the fan turns on when driving too

Best advice ever !
When in doubt , RTFM
Honestly , to MoMoney ;
You sound like you really like your car , and that your just starting out with learning how to get it running good . Like Drew said , you can learn SO much by reading the repair manuals on your car . Beyond beginning to read and learn about how to repair the problems with why it doesn't run right one thing to consider is this ; If the car sat long enough that it had brown rust in the coolant this is telling you that there hasn't been much in the way of routine flushes , oil changes , & tune up type work going on . For an unknown to me car , first things I do are a compression test & cooling system pressure test . I check the manifold vacuum and fuel pressure too , just for good measure . I change every fluid and replace sparkplugs (wires , cap & rotor too in our car's cases) and every filter it has . I check for any obvious broken/missing vacuum hoses , electrical wires , and anything else that looks visually out of sorts . And then when all that's done , then I dive into the actual troubleshooting of things like your idling problem , if it still exists after all the "deferred maintenance" items have been squared away .

Re: 92 Camaro Rs V6 3.1L issue
Well I did invest in a Haynes manual and the GM factory manual, I won a eBay gift card from my job and used that to buy it for like $30 it’s a huge book, basically just cross reference with the original manual and the Haynes
