Sprint performance. I think. I got them in 99 or 00 can't remember. Ride was amazing though! I know at least one person on here has been for a ride in it.

pending sell on transmission. It is a tremec 3550 so it is one step below what used to be the TKO. they only make tko 500 and 600 now though.

PART OUT: 88 TA w/ LT1 383 and Tremec 3550

Re: LTX swap wiring diagram - stand alone harness

one is the sensing wire the other is the batter charge wire. The voltage reg works by looking at voltage drop and tries to raise output to 14.9 (i think that is right voltage) but you get the idea.

um I run it too and it has 2 settings. The upper one is slight bit tall and the lower one is perfect. perhaps it is a cross member difference. I run the spohn swap one.

Re: LT1 problems...

So I just picked up a stock gear from work for about $25. Everything runs good and high rpm break up is gone. Must have been causing the spark scatter. I may invest in a bronze if this doesn't cut it.

Re: please help TKO swap

I went through Fortes for mine many years ago. I second that.

I would recommend a Steeda Tri-ax shifter. It fits perfect in the fbody.

Re: LT1 problems...

Yea I can a steel gear for $40 or buy a composite gear for $100. The issue with that is if they are too hard then they will tear up the cam gear.

Re: LT1 problems...

no... opti runs off the cam. and either way cam and crank are still connected so a jolt in either will be sent to both. Though lessened between the two because of chain slack.

Re: Staggered Stance Handling Questions?!

I run 225/50/16s up front and 245/50/16s in the rear. I have not had any ill effects. Drives great and looks like a beast. Though I do have a lot of suspension and chassis stiffening.

Tubular K-member, A-arms, and Coilovers.

I really like the BMR k-member but would take a newer Spohn one and I'm also looking for Spohn or BMR A-arms and Coilovers. 300-350lbs springs.
