Juat swapped lines and that seems to have been the issue.

No more excessive pressure at gas cap and no more gas leaking out of charcoal canister!

Ok guys, so a new problem.emerged today on our project 85 T/A.

After replacing sections of all 3 fuel lines near the rear end...I am getting fuel leaking at the charcoal cannister.

Being it's an 85...i think the only thing the ecm is controlling anymore is the timing...it has an edelbrock carb on it now, belt driven fan, and...

Thanks for the quick and detailed answered.

So it's the same procedure as that walkthrough then? Unplug distributor, set timing, rebook dist, unplug battery, then joyride...lol

thanks for the reply, and warm welcome!

Yes, all 3 grounds were cleaned...opened up all connectors and cleaned them as well.

The fusible links go to the relays on the fender...one for each...

1985 Firebird Headlight wiring help

Hey guys, so we just bought a 85 firebird.

The headlights wère stuck in the up position. Lights work, and they lower/raise with the manual crank.

I took them to my bench and powered them...
