It's done it since the I got the combo up and running, so nothing new after the mods. Car is a '91 so no maf, just MAP/Speed Density.

When I disconnected the vacuum line to the MAP previously, it will start and idle, but when I put it in Reverse and try and move the car died. I haven't tried that with the new MAP sensor though.

I swapped in another mid pipe with dual cats from my old 91 Formula 350 I had saved from years ago, it only had 27K miles on it so I'm pretty sure the cats were fine in it.

Thanks Vader. I suspect the converter, checked for vacuum leaks, I took off the vacuum line from the TB and tested to see if I could hear the EGR diaphragm opening and closing, and it is pretty new...

Sounds like a valve body issue, I can ask my brother in law who owns a transmission shop, but generally losing all gears is valve body from my past experience.
