yes its made from ABS plastic, almost like a thin fiberglass. pretty flexible. It doesn't need recovering if your fine with the red fabric on there. but I'll be honest with you, one of the back...

Red ABS Plastic T-Top Headliner

it was bought from hawk's thirdgen a while ago, has never been installed. Its in perfect shape. Like the title says, its made for a T Top car, it was bought for a camaro, but I'm pretty sure it fits...
