170 miles of testing later and no issues the car is running nice and responding good to timing changes. Right now running 27 idle 34 WOT and 40 cruise with the table smoothed a bit. Need more testing...

Chances are the switch is coming on at the right temp but the temp gauge is showing the wrong value. If you want a lower one get a 1989 turbo trans am switch 210 on 195 off.

Holly just redesigned the entire system to deal with a lot of complaints from the old ones although I've never had an issue I thought I had an RFI problem turned out to be a loose fuse.

IIRC the hole is threaded 3/8 NPT. A little sealer and a plug and you should be good to go
