Aluminum is stronger than you think, and saves weight.
I've machined several suspension parts from it. Keep in mind, driveshafts, engines and their components, trans, just to mention a few are made...

It would require a heat source (oven, lamp) and a vacuum mold.
Once the panel is modeled, the mold can be made from that. I doubt the demand is high enough to justify the effort and cost.

Another option would be to polish them.
Do a service polish as opposed to a maintenance polish.
It's more work than painting, but doesn't chip, scratch, peel, etc.

It's not off of a Corvette. It's a filler panel. The stock tails are removed and this panel is put in it's place.

We looked at a 2019 Grand Cherokee Trackhawk over the weekend. The guy purchased and installed the Hellephant engine in it.

Actually, machining from a solid piece would be around half the cost of the hawks piece, and be much stronger. Any modifications/improvements are possible, and it could be customized to any degree....
