Floor damp

The rear passenger side floor on my 85 feels damp. I was just wondering where would the car be leaking for that perticular area in the car to be damp.

I have a 700R4 in my 85 T/A. When I take off and it shifts from first to second it shifts rough the faster I take of the rougher it shifts, it pretty much bangs from first to second when accelerating...

Rattling from rear driver side
