The pads usually have a little chirper on them. Its possible your pads are worn and the chiper is rubbing on the rotor making the squeak. If so, time to replace the pads.

I have a chip. It bumps up the timing and delays the TC lockup a few mph. I would just adjust your base timing and forget the chip. WOT is adjusted by the secondary hanger and rods.
