well the only problem is I only have about 2k to mess with. If you read th directions of the install off the jegs website, it wants you to hook the pcm into the distributer, I forgot exactly how but...

yes it will bolt up, well, only 5 bolts with instead of 6. You can drill and tap the 6th bolt. The next problem is linkage, and a flywheel.
