Have you changed the trans mount? Changing to a poly mount from the rubber oem picks up vibrations in an instant that you never new were there.

At this point I dont drive the car much anymore and sick of screwing around with it, pretty much just want to re coupe what I spent on the Ford 9" and wheels / tires

The front would depend on what wheel you're going with, I run 17x4.5 in the front and have a 1.75 BS

They both use 1.250 DOM tubing with only Founders stating their wall thickness but I will go out on a limb and say UMI uses the same wall. Most commonly DOM tubing is 1020 and I highly doubt either...

Last I remember 5.5 puts the wheel even with the fender lip, if you want the wheels inside the fender you need 6.5BS on a 15x10

I run a 15x10 with 6.5BS and had to cut the bump stops out and...

Cut the head of the bolt with a cut off wheel and knock whats left of the bolt through the other side. You're not keeping the struts so if you hit them with the cut off wheel no loss

Your TV cable cannot pop out if its properly seated

Your throttle cable looks like it missing a c clip to hold it in place

Who told you the specs of the wheel? If you actually have 4.50bs and add 1.25 adapter it should be sticking out. I cant tell from your pic but it looks inside the fender

Buy the right wheels and cut your losses, the rears definitely wont work with needing a spacer. You'd probably end up with the fender hitting the tire with any dip in the rear suspension

I have 6.5 BS and had to remove the bump stops, If I remember right you can get away with it with 5.5 BS, the wheel will sit even with the fender lip with no modification

You can use a 3.73 gear with limited slip it will work fine, you could always use a locker instead as it wont wear like the limited slip
