That's one of the best budget performing build's I've heard of. Not like simply a huge cam and high compression which isn't so streetable.
I wished the magazines had more builds like that in them....

Your are correct on the rising rate regulator, I think vortech called it a Fuel Management Unit or some such thing. I'll get pics of the entire kit posted, including the detailed installation manual...
