Definitely is your blower motor, Before you buy a new one take a hammer and tap the motor you could just have dirt in it.

My car made that same noise and it turned out the blower motor was going bad, replaced it and the noise went away.
Also does it make the sound when its running with out the ac/heat on?

What do the 305 or 350's get for mileage I was thinking when my car dies I would gut it out and get a carbed 305 or 350 with a 700r4 from a 87 f body and 3.42's.

Yeah no problem BTW I would not buy the louvers from Hawks because I just did and 2 studs already broke cheaply made and over priced.

But the burly is not looking good, the trans is going out,...

I remember that Grey camaro I left you a comment a long time ago on it. But back on topic I would keep that hood and get louvers it would look good and stock.

Really bad clunking

When I am driving my car some times it like jerks/kicks and it only seems to do this when it shifts out of gear the RPMs drop (bogs out), and when I put the petal to the floor it just sits there...

I get that when I am easy on the gas but for me I get around 9 MPG on a good tune up.

I drive mine in the winter, only thing is these cars rust really bad so you have to wash it at least 2 times a week if not more if your worried about rust.

As for sliding and stuff good tires...
